1. Normally ship next business day upon receipt of order.
2. Orders are normally shipped via insured US Postal Service (USPS) with delivery confirmation. Buyer will receive shipping confirmation and tracking information via e-mail as soon as order is shipped.
REFUND, RETURN, and CANCELLATION POLICIES:
1. Damaged items can be returned for a full refund or will be replaced with new products, if Buyer so requested. Credit (refund) will be issued within five (5) business days from receipt of damaged items. Replacements are normally shipped within 3 to 5 business days from receipt of damaged items.
2. All products purchased can be returned within 45 (Forty Five) days of purchase, however they must remain Sealed, Unused, and Unopened. A full refund of product cost will be issued within 5 (five) business days upon receipt of returned items, no question asked. For all returned items, only costs of products will be fully refunded. If applicable, shipping cost will not be refunded. For a full refund, please return SEALED, UNUSED, AND UNOPENED item along with a copy of the invoice (Returned Address is printed on every order).
CHECK ORDER STATUS: After order is shipped, Buyer will receive e-mail confirmation along with information on shipping date and tracking.
